Bird's eye view: It's great fun living on the top floor of this pretty high HDB flat in Jurong West, I find. From all of 16 floors up, you can see the Jurong Lake, the teeny weeny Chinese Garden in the background...No rolling hills and green meadows, yes, but it's still a view many don't get to see everyday!
